Michael Reiter has almost fourteen years of experience in California and Federal courts.  Michael Reiter is admitted to the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Michael Reiter was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1998, the United States District Court, Central District of California in 2001, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2003.


EDUCATION:
Michael Reiter received his law degree in 1998 from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he was the Senior Technical Editor at the Santa Clara Computer & High Technology Law Journal. Michael Reiter graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1995.


EXPERIENCE:

Michael Reiter has counseled and advised private and public clients for over 13 years. Assistant City Attorney, City of Redlands, January 2006 to June 2010;  Deputy City Attorney, City of San Bernardino, February 2001 to January 2006;  Staff Attorney, Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino, September 1999 to February 2001; and  Attorney, December 1998 to September 1999.

 

COMMUNITY:

Michael Reiter is a native of the Inland Empire and has spent his entire life in California.  From 2006 to June 2012, Michael Reiter served on the Inland Empire United Way Board of Directors. Michael Reiter was elected to a term on the San Bernardino County Bar Association Board of Directors in June 2012.  Michael Reiter is a member of the San Bernardino County Bar Association and the Joseph B. Campbell American Inn of Court, and he regularly attends meetings of the Greater Inland Empire Municipal Law Association (GIEMLA).
